It seems like a bit of a mistake for Toyota to debut this new model using the previous, 4th generation hybrid system. By all accounts, the new 5th-gen system found in the '25 Camry is significantly better (quieter and more-refined).

I like it, but that is a lot of weight to move (4200 lbs?), and pricey for a previous generation hybrid system. I really wish we could get an XL Camry wagon, but I have no hope for that. It would be lighter, have smaller wheels, not as long, still very practical at a much lower cost.

The smaller wheels that comes in XLE trim should mitigate the bumpiness a bit.

I’m on the fence with Signia vs NX, but leaning Signia. I’m looking for comfort, quietness, roominess and hybrid cost savings. A test drive will help to nail it down. Have to patiently wait.

Thank you Natalie for your impressions of the driving characteristics and the NVH of this vehicle and how it’s different from your expectations! This is what I was looking for since this Toyota is getting into Lexus price range it should be more refined (quietness/smoothness). Wish it had the same 5th generation hybrid system in the new Camry. All reviews says that power train is more quiet and refined. The info that’s not included in this review can be easily found in hundreds of other reviews.

Im so confused, does this mean they are getting rid of the refreshed Venza from two years ago? Or where is this vehicle supposed to fit in?

The Venza is being discontinued after 2024

Bumpiness might be due to over inflated tires, Toyota factory has a bit of a habit of doing that instead of setting it exactly what it recommended per car model

I like the car. Maybe people who are interested in it can get it under MSRP like the sedan Crown. I agree with other commenters, I'd get an NX over this.

The Signia seems to be a hit with almost everyone, but everyone has their own opinion. Interesting that after watching about 20 different reviewers evaluation of the Signia, this morning, you have literally the only negative overall impression. I wonder if you got a bad one to drive?

Or maybe the driver just isn’t that good. The car has an eCVT, so everyone who is knowledgeable enough knows about the engine drone. Much better than a regular CVT. But some people just don’t know much.

180 lb-ft is just the engine torque number. Toyota doesn't disclose the total torque output. Power output - front - 180 HP Torque - rear - 89 LB.-FT. Torque - front - 199 LB.FT. Power output - rear - 54 HP

at this price point, you can get an NX350h... but that's smaller... and maybe louder with its run-flat tires? RX350h starts around here, but is made in Canada, not Japan like this Crown Signia.

Spot on. Just purchased a 2021 Toyota Venza with 54k miles for $25k. I'll look at this one in five years.

For such a big wagon it needed a V6 hybrid battery. Preferably one thet can go at least 20 miles. Pretty much a gutless vehicle. Yes i know it's not a sports car but a poeer cruiser would have been nice.

That is a horrible review. Missed most parts of the vehicle such as trunk and back seat space. Rambled on about sporty driving which this car isn’t meant to do. I prefer the other reviewers from this channel.

I actually liked she talk about the subjective factors and complained about the noisy engine and round ride. So many other reviewers just read of spec sheets.

What do you think the biggest Toyota hater that you all love is going to say? 😉 It’s not very attractive it’s way overpriced the interior isn’t all that nice, it lacks features, it’s very slow, not that good to drive The passport Santa Fe stomp on this all day long. It’s another DOA product from Toyota as usual
