Im not sure if you guys are aware, but winner would only play one more game then in previous years. Teams will also only play in one zone so no East to west coast travel

Yeah, not all teams will play more. If that was not clear from the video then I must have not explained it clear enough, my bad 😅 that’s good that they don’t have to travel during the actual tournament but whoever plays the final might have to eventually?

I think Topps panini and fanatics will all have a presence in stadiums during World Cup to push the card market to grow bigger. No other place to do it then at the World Cup where all countries will be present and this a chance to introduce new market to cards. Well grow the market. I can see them putting a mbappe or messi card in products for people to chase like they did the Tom Brady baseball card. Then the card shops and the influencers on KZfaq will really push the soccer market over in the US.

Me too because you gotta think those company have put a lot of money in buying licenses and grading company and merging. They gotta start getting some good return on investment and we all know they have not really advertise and pushed the soccer market like other sports.

Last thing, the youth soccer market has grown like crazy in the US. Its is the number 1 youth played sport in the US. The younger generation will grow the soccer market.

The explosion of youth soccer and younger kids getting into cards is the basis for my optimism for a growth in market participants

@@NoahcollectssoccerI see it first hand my son is 6 and he plays youth soccer and hes so into it more than nba or nfl. I played overseas basketball so I assume he would follow in my footsteps. Nope he chose his path and he loves soccers. He knows all the plays and watch any game that on tv.

Youth soccer has been super popular in North America for several decades. It hasn't translated into popularity of MLS - yet - and it may never. The other 4 major sports league in NA are the highest level for those sports, whereas the MLS has no chance of being that for the foreseeable future.
