My wife ran a pole skidder for me for 16 yrs. The best day she had, she pulled 52 cds of Aspen, she weighted 102 lbs. She was running a S8 IH, power shift, 353 Detroit, 119 Gearmatic winch, and she loved driving it. My Aunt ran a TJ just like that for many years.
