Bro, plan is nice... As per plan this house is north facing house, because kitchen is located south east corner. Then pooja room need to shift in opposite position. After this change perfectly very good and luxury house plan.

Beautiful design, inspirational even. Can you do a video for a 50'x22' plot size with road on both side of the 22' breath of the plot. 2BNK with car park one back side and garden on front. 1st floor with 2BHK outdoor stairs for 1st floor, and kitchen - rentable purpose.
