Love the house but I think you should add a lift and children and master bedroom single bathroom should be separate from both and I think if shower area , doors are bigger than it would be nice

hey.. bud great work !!! i always watch your video even though i have nothing to do with this stream but i really like if you try to make a unique video ...like 2 separate house look like a single house (joint together )from outside but from inside they are seprate.. though balcony and tarrence may be joint. for 2 brothers ...size of plot according to you colud be 300-320 gaj .i have searched this video on youtube and got only 1 result that was below average though have many views and this video will help many people as well. rest great work ..keep going

Pooja's room on the 1st floor can be a problem. Most people keep food in front of God, in those cases, they have to bring cooked from the ground to the first floor. Another one, for a build like G+2, it is always better to provide lift.

In love with your designs DV 💕 It's like everything is here ❤ Can you give me a favour please make a duplex House Plan For 22 x 28 East Facing PLOT with Puja facility in NE, master bed room in South west I guess, and Kitchen In Southeast stairs must be in a clockwise direction. I know there are few constraints because my father want it to be according to vastu😅 It's not like I haven't tried making plans , I have some plans but seriously they were like not that great. Please help me with this 😊.
