Nice looking rides..you might want to write down the different filters numbers and keep it in the door packet in case you need filters on the road having different trucks engines it will help keep up with what each truck uses..

I knew that I seen this truck on Peterbilt Steve's videos. Man I'd love to drive that copper truck! Only thing I'd change is make it ruby red. Both are amazing trucks for sure. You seem like a down to earth kinda guy. Too bad I'm in Oklahoma not Texas otherwise I'd run for you! Great video though, good luck with the business.

Love that color.. would look good with gold lettering I think..check out that Bahama Blue color..there's a 18 model in that color in Steve's videos.Love the Mayfield yellow with deep purple fenders and lettering also..Had a Starcar in those colors.

You should definitely get that third Pete!I’m getting into trucking late in life(50) been doing construction mostly but now my body can’t handle it no more. I’m starting training soon. What’s your opinion for the newbie regarding o/o? How many years should I wait before going o/o? I’m a late starter so I gotta grind harder and hopefully make up ground. Thanks for any advice and keep up the great work.

Nice rig. I am 72 so I don't drive I stopped back in the late 70s. Ran tankers from Richmond CA to Portland OR and LA. Sleeper team. we did turn arounds. Drive a truck out pickup another and turn and run back. I like not having rear finders so I could snow and watch the tires. When the tires stop throughing off the snow I would chain up. I also drove owner for a short time ran 11 western states big old Dodge COE 318 Detroit and a 4 and 4 and no sleeper. also drove 220 ,335 903 Cummings and 13 and 15 sp roadrangers and 5 and a 3 also 4 and a 4. Back then we ran 3 logs one to get paid and two to look legal.

I definitely recommend new, or very very very gently used. Those old trucks never did anything but keep my account empty and my banker mad at me. Some people swear by those old ones, and I used to be one of them, but ever since I got a new one, things really began to turn around for me.

Wandering Pete lol yes I know bro. I'm somewhat I'm predicament. My dad a 40 year old owner operator has never own a new tuck, my little brother has 10 trucks all pete's no more than 2 years old so they both are trying to give me there advice. I'll be a new owner operator from that point of view in the same way I have a lot of support since mostly everyone in my family is a trucker. When I first saw your videos and you said you had a regular job I know you was oil field trash.. I my self got 14 years working all over the world on drilling rigs. Even did a little consulting before the oil field Crashed again. I'm tired of working for the man, yes the money is great but your always worried about getting canned or not having a job. You have some very nice looking iron bro!!

I like the old school look on the visors. Im not real hip on all the new look that a lot of trucks have . I'm old school all the way but both trucks are sharp
