I’m 78 years old, and I was pulled over last week for blowing my horn at a friend who was passing by. He had me out of the car in 3 seconds. He then began to berate me so loudly that other drivers started pulling over. I’ve never been so frightened in my life.

Omg tasering someone who is in serious pain and panicking is shocking. I was in a serious car accident where i couldn't get out of the car and the other driver came to look at me then ran off. I was so shaken and scared when the cops finally found me as i couldn't even remember where i was. They talked to me calmly which helped me calm right down. These cops are awful no wonder that young guy was screaming its really scary being in an accident. Any cops reading this compassion goes a long way

I'm 53, haven't had a single drink n 30 years and there's no way i can do any of the tests. Even if someone does do all the tasks without messing up, it is still totally the cops decision, making the tests just theatre.

Ya the guy @ 1:20 ish who tazed the confused car crash guy *FOUR* fucking times was legit just torturing him after the first taze, the man is on the ground with multiple officers on top of him and the guy does 3 more five second taze cycles, officer Dylan Harris the cop who tazed him should not be a LEO still and beyond that he should have been charged and be in prison. That is one cop who if he meets the wrong individual on a stop and gets unalived I would not even feel slightly bad for. Thank God that dude survived after flat lining and going into a coma, and I'm very glad he sued them but ya idk how that officer still has his job.

I have never heard of drugs known as "birds". Had to go look it up! For anyone else curious, a bird is a kilo of cocaine marked with the stamp of a bird that denotes where it's from. Stemming from idea of the drug dealers flitting around like birds selling their wares. Also, a "lady of the night" may be referred to as a bird. And here I thought the only kinds of birds were the kinds with feathers and your middle finger! Learn something new every day. It keeps me young! LOL I feel so bad for the poor guy. There is no excuse for 3 tasers, a cop sitting on his back and a knee on his neck! He wasn't even resisting and from what I see didn't do anything wrong! There should be an oversight commission with NO elected officials, no police, no DA,s, no judges. Current or past, none of these people should be allowed. An oversight of the public’s peers to oversee these power abusing police. Their decision then goes to an independent court NOT in that state so partiality is limited.

This Power Trip and cop is absolutely a poster child for a criminal cop. He’s telling the victim to lower his voice when he wasn’t even yelling at first, and now the cop is yelling, so I guess he’s allowed to yell, but the innocent victim isn’t allowed to defend himself verbally, and wanting to know what’s going on. This guy must never sleep at night because he’s too busy thinking about a way he can use his verbal defense and then escalated into a physical offense and feel all warm and fuzzy about it when he’s violated innocent person life. This needs to be put in prison. General population immediately!!!!

The last girl fell victim to not knowing the law. 1. Put yout keys on the dash board up by the windshield. 2. You must be in the back seat you and your passengers. 3. Never take the road side sobreity test it isnt a pass or fail test. Its done to prove in court your intoxicated. 4. Dont take the breath test. Yes your driving privledges will be suspended, but they will give you a special yellow plate for your car in ohio and a license to drive to work and home only for the year your license is suspended. 5. Its way cheaper to not take the test with fines and lawyer fees than to take it and pay all the reinstatment fees.

15:00 The sheriff is correct in the city cop for being out of his jurisdiction. They were harassing his citizens in an area for which he was elected to sheriff over. These cops were overstepping their territory and writing tickets out of their jurisdiction. This Sheriff was in the right, and he was looking out for his county

LEO here. Bullshit. I agree you shouldn't talk to the police as a general rule, but eliminating 98 percent of arrests is a laughable statistic. For sobriety testing, you roll the dice refusing SFSTs. If the officer feels you are Impaired at that point, he can and may arrest without any SFSTs.

This happened in 2019 and today that we’re seeing this aired is 2024 did it take five years to punish these officers? What I find interesting is whenever there’s a cop involved in a court case when there is an accusable of the cops being dirty, it takes four or five years to have them have their day in court but when it’s the citizen that there’s a claim that they’ve done something wrong that’s immediate jail time until the court date. There’s something wrong with this picture. Too many pigs out there violating innocent peoples rights. The cops are the criminals of most cases.

I got pulled over one time doing 79 in a 35. I had to poop so bad. I felt it was gonna come out at anytime. The officer asked me to step out of my car. I did. I then proceeded to shit all down my legs. I was wearing a skirt, btw. Ruined my fishnet stockings. It was awful!!!
