Just imagine how much heat you loose every time the front door is opened.. The entrance part of the house should be separated from the living area+ it being double height doesn't help with thermals. Overall the house is nice though.

For this price,I would like to see better ceiling design throughout the house instead of boring pot lights, the whole house is lack of character.

The house is very magnificent but it doesn't worth 4 millions. You can have the same house here in Quebec for 1 million and less. (Quebec is next to Toronto.) Toronto and its areas are over expensive. This is insane.
