So Rob, maybe a next step on your prototype could be to have a variable offset between the propellers? The higher the rotation speed the lower the offset, so the trailing one always "rides the wave" of the leading one...

Hmmm.....taking inspiration from things in nature. Well we have all heard the old adage "When pigs fly". Things that fly often times make a good turbine. Can't work with a whole pig, it's just too bulky. So time for a pork chop blade with a wavy bacon tubercle edge. If it won't work well in air or water, we can surmise that it would work beautifully in gravy. Sounds like a winner to me. LOL, just joking but still sounds pretty good anyway......for lunch! Thanks for the video Rob!

Just had a genius idea. A sausage turbine. We could call it toad in the hole on a stick. This is what I get when it's midnight and time for that midnight snack. LOL

This is crazy ideal. Recapturing exhaust energy using a turbine like a turbo/compressor that powers a generator. The electricity could help hybrid car efficiency. Or a sterling engine.

So I guess that the distance between the two rotors will be dependant on speed of rotation, frequency of wave generated. So you would need to keep the turbine speed within a small range for best results.
@ThinkingandTinkering
@ThinkingandTinkering 7 ай бұрын
it might be easier to play with the frequency by changing load

Plesiosaurs first appeared in the latest Triassic Period, possibly in the Rhaetian stage, about 203 million years ago.[4] They became especially common during the Jurassic Period, thriving until their disappearance due to the Cretaceous-Paleogene extinction event at the end of the Cretaceous Period, about 66 million years ago Source Wikipedia More sure than you, it would seem
