Күн бұрынThis is a timelaps video of 90 precast concrete arch segments. The design, production and installation is by Lafarge Precast Edmonton. The 224' long tunnel is 68' wide and 26' tall. The installation of the precast concrete arch segments took 2 weeks.

That's crazy. Someone looked at this land and said "Nope, that's not gonna work for me. Fill it with dirt. Fill it, but before you do make sure there's a tunnel that gets me from here to there. I don't wanna have to climb a mountain just to get to where I'm goin." What is this for anyway. Is this like a land bridge? Are they building a couple highways here?

any idea how much this cost....just the arch work... not the back fill dirt?
