Can your eyes see me? No. Eyes don't have that ability. Eyes only transmit information.
Did you know that your senses don't actually experience anything? That's right - it's your mind that does all the work! Even though your eyes and other senses collect information, it's your mind that interprets that information and creates your experiences. So, even though it may feel like you're seeing me with your eyes, it's actually your mind that's doing the seeing!
You do not experience me as I am. You create me anew the way I am for you. You make a simulation of me and project it on top of me. So, do you ever see me? No. You never see me. You can only experience your interpretation of me. Once you create me, I will always be that way for you until you change your created model of me.
Soren Kierkegaard, a Danish - Philosopher (from May 5, 1813 - November 11, 1855), stated, “Once you label me, you negate me.” Once you label me, I am that label to you and a component of your belief system. I am a memory stored in your big subconscious mind and will remain the way you constructed me until you change me.
The Wisdom in A Course in Miracles: “For you will believe in what you manifest, and as you look out, so will you see in.” (acim.org/acim/en/s/161#5:5 | T-12.VII.5:5)
"As you look out, so will you see in." This statement holds a profound truth as it suggests that what we see outside is a direct reflection of what we hold within us. In the egoic world, we often believe that we manifest our desires from the outside infinite energy system, such as The All or the Universe. However, the reality is that we are the Creator of our own reality. We see outside what we create inside. It may sound strange, but the truth is that we do not manifest what we want; rather, we manifest who we are.
"If I held up a cup in front of you and asked if you could see it, would you answer yes, or no? It's an interesting question, but the answer is no. This is because everything one experiences is an interpretation of the mind. The cup you perceive only exists within your mind, as it is created from your life experiences and beliefs about cups. In other words, your perception of reality is shaped by your own belief system.
"If I drop this cup and you know it will break, you don’t know that information from this cup I hold. You know it from your life experiences with other cups that you now lay on top of the cup I am holding.
In the illusion, you do not experience things as they truly are. Rather, you create your perception of everything in the present moment, continuously and anew. Once an event occurs, you create an interpretation of it, and the interpretation becomes a memory that is stored in your subconscious mind and ultimately becomes a part of your belief system.
Your world is not constructed from past events. Rather, it is constructed from your memories of past events, which are your interpretations of those events. It's important to understand that events and memories of events are not the same thing. It may seem like a small distinction, but it's actually quite profound. Your memory of an event and the event as it occurred in the present moment are quite different. So, be mindful of the difference between your memories and the actual events.
Look closely. Can you ever see me as I am? No. How exciting is that? Can you experience anything as it is? No. Can you ever find reality in the illusion? No. Can You Remember Anything That Happened? No. What are we doing here?
Oh, we have much to talk about here in the illusion.
Peace.
