I only used second hand furniture to furnish our living and dining rooms. I got a retail value of $22,000 in furniture at a steep discount by buying used furniture. In this video I also share some of my design mistakes and the interior design principles I learned that helped me gradually improve our space over time. I hope that this video provides some inspiration around how using second hand furniture creates the opportunity to evolve our homes and style (on a budget). Whether you are furnishing a new house or apartment from scratch, doing a room makeover, or just looking to add a new piece I hope this provides some new ideas to consider.
