The book is called "Singletrack Mind: Finding Wisdom & the Poetry of Life on Two Wheels" and it is a book about the spirit of mountain biking in wild places. The book integrates everything I truly love in this life; mountain biking, adventure travel, poetry, photography, and a deep spiritual connection to nature. This is every mountain biker's dream book; a 5X7” inspirational “wisdom pocket-guide” that you can pop in your bike pack and take along on the trail. The book includes an intro and six poetic travelogues with ten stunning photographs by world-renowned adventure photographer Mattias Fredriksson. The book was born from a piece I wrote for Adventure Journal magazine back in 2021.
