22nd Review! "Zathura: Adventure is Waiting" The Board Game!!!

2 жыл бұрынIn this video we finally take a look at something that you guys merely caught a glimpse of back in my 13th Review! that being the game that as it turned out was just as magical as Jumanji, except this time.. rather then us waiting in the jungle until the dice read 5 or 8.. we instead find ourselves in the void of Outer Space!! as we embark on our Space Adventure!! namely Zathura the game!!! after all.. adventure is waiting.. What a memory back to 18 years ago, I was in fifth grade; apparently, I don't have friends nearby, so I play board games alone making myself dozens of alter egos like four of my bodies are present in my eyes only.

I can relate 100%.. since that was pretty much me when I was a kid.. I didn't have anybody to play with me, so I ended up playing by myself, mostly trying to recreate the movies.. It wasn't until I was in High School when I met some of my good friends and restarted playing Yu-Gi-Oh! again that I actually was able to play anything board game or tabletop related with more then just me by myself..

What’s disappointing is that they never had the technology to make the board games like they did in the movies. But fortunately, they made a Deluxe Edition which opens like the box in the movie. I wish they had a wood box with those doors for the dice and pieces.

I am still waiting for a fan boy to make a movie accurate functional prop replica of the board game hell i am thinking about giving it a try 😅

That would be an awesome experiment to try.. as a matter of fact I'm also attempting a little experiment of my own which I hope to show case once it's done..

I wanna do that as well. Even thought up of using that card holder console from the actual board game they got us and attach that into the replica to make it look accurate and also being able to play it as well

I feel like Jumanji and Zathura they're both the same, Jumamji is from a jungle Zathura is from space

For the most part that's how it was in the books.. which is why they share aspects that are similar but different
