My husband and I purchased this unit last 2011. It is our first property investment. It was turned over in 2015 and it's only this year that we have decided to finally renovate the unit with the intention of either renting it out to interested individuals or to sell it.
We sought the professional services of Architect Leng S. Berdin of Urban Scope Designs. Although executed during the period of lockdown and quarantine due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the renovation fit out went on smoothly and without any hassle. We didn't even had to visit the unit while it was being worked on. Everything was executed by our Architect, from the layout, construction, interior design and procurement of everything you see in the unit. She did a wonderful job and we're very satisfied.
