a good 80% of my closet are thrifted or vintage pieces. and honestly, i'm glad wearing these pieces are cool again. can't believe during my jhs and elementary days, people made fun of me for thrifting. thrifting is amazing. not only are they unique and have high quality (long lasting), they are also sustainable. i know the term "timeless" is controversial on tiktok *le sighs* but for me these items have been in my closet for YEARS and i will continue to use them. i hope in 2023 we can be fashionable but wiser in our investments!

I heard somewhere that wearing workout tops 24/7 is not good for you! So be careful and give them breaks, they basically keep your chest compressed and that causes something to clog in your chest… I dont remember what exactly gets clogged but its painful
