On a 2018 road glide with a 23 “ do you need to rake it out or is it good to go?

andrew palacio I’m not trying to hijack their video and their answers, but there is a lot more that goes into putting a 23 on a bike. You need to rake the front end in order to keep proper handling, you need some kind of different suspension setup to keep the fender from bashing into the faring when u hit a bump. You also will need a wheel and tire, along with breaks, and a new fender. Hope this gives you an idea.

andrew palacio any 23” will require trees. Any 26 and up will require trees and neck. 21 bolts right on

andrew palacio 21 will bolt right up but handling will feel slightly different and you will need to get eather fender extensions to raise the fender 1/2 inch or a new fender. Other than that good to go

@@greedxiv8105 All good, I'm messing with these big wheel dudes and their shoe game. Spend 60K for a bike rebuild and cutting corners on the back rim. That's like wearing a new Jordan on one foot and old Chuck Taylor on the other.

@@greedxiv8105 The look hasn't grown on me, I'm into clean look, with upgrades on front and rear suspension for performance purposes. Got to have a little beat though. 21" front looks just fine and handles well with right set up.
