I max Richard early in the game. I have no regrets. He is still part of my line up for multiple events.

When I started I invested on Edward, in kvk2 (where a lot of people still uses a lot of epics) his nuke is deadly, when the nuke activated the enemy marches just melted. For rally suck because Is easy to swarm

Just 1 year ago, I had 3 of the commanders you mentioned in D and D+ in my open field line up in Season of Conquest [Khan (expertised), Edward (5551), and Richard (5551)]. Fast forward to now, I managed to replace 2 of them and now working to replace the third. I replaced Richard (5551) with Guan Yu (5255) to go with my Alex (Expertised). I just recently replaced my expertised Khan with Nevsky (5553 so far going for full) and paired him with Saladin (5551). And Saladin himself replaced my ill-advised investment in Takeda (5551). Next I will work on Boudica Prime to replace Edward as pairing with my YSG (expertised). So much progress to fix my account and still needs work. And that's only the commanders. I also managed to get pretty good gear for my new marches. Listen to this man's advise people. I was stubborn before and now feel like an idiot.

Omni, one thing regarding Moctezuma, I saw this report where someone paired him with Scipio and beat someone's XY/Nevsky march. Shocking, though the report was very partial given it was just a screenshot.

I’m confused by what you say about Richard- you say if you see a commander on this list don’t invest, but you said it’s good to have Richard at 5111? Is that because the chain barb farming isn’t really possible without expertise YSG?

The Martel investment hurt. As an infantry main I used 114 universal sculptures on him for kvk 1.

Hey, love your content. However, I gotta point out that, expecting Martel to get to 5511 in 1y is a lil bit unrealistic at this time in the game. One of my accs is 1.5y and I had to use universals bcs it was stuck in 5311 lol

Some people say to invest some gold heads on Martel if we play infantry at kvk 1 because it is commander who is still played. I think it can be categorized as D

Basically, all farmers, goldkeys, glass cannon, garrisons, integration, and almost all leadership commanders are not worth of spending universal gold sculptures.

Omni, wu zetian is kvk locked and not usable in kvk2 anymore. Just kvk3 onwards.

Khan is decent for f2p because you can just jump of city pop skills and jump in dealing ton of DMG but anyway i regret investing in him

Martel best defense there is his utility is amazing have no regrets. From early game to late game.

To be fair in this video I think that our good friend Frederik is a bit underrated, he is quite a good secondary commander in the early game, excellent for barbarian forts and neutral objectives to be destroyed, while his active doesn't guarantee to always hit, the average damage for his active skill would be 1920, even more it can be buffed by one of the least used skills on the skill tree because it's "additional damage factor", so really easy to buff the damage. For early game to kvk 1 he can become a really great secondary commander and he can actually be the main commander for a secondary richard I/Charles martel, mainly because they lack the skill tree which is really important. So yeah, overall at early game I would put him actually on the D- tier, up to kvk 1, after that I would put him on F+ cause of his utility (really good single objective damage and healing, overall nice for neutral objectives).

As I started my first account i was using my gold heads on Cleopatra to max the first skill 😂

So basically don't invest in anyone? lol
