This legendary family broke every record, birthed "the greatest entertainer of all time" and known all over the world; birthed the baby sister who became an icon, trendsetter, and the true "Queen" and others. I am hoping that their childhood home will be designated in the state of Indiana as a landmark, and in the U.S. "National Historic Landmark." It is long overdue!

I’m honored to say I grew up just 30 min from where the Jackson’s grew up

Yes this is for sure long overdue. I was just there 2 weeks ago. I am 58 and ALL of my life I had a wanted to visit their home. I finally got to the week of my 58th birthday.. I wish I could have met them but it was a dream come true for me to be there. I dressed in a shirt with Michael Jackson pictures all over it, my Billie Jean hat glove and socks. I only got to see the outside but at one point I got so emotional just visualizing them practing and playing.. I pray in the name of Jesus to go back next year or even this year to visit and hopefully meet some of the Jacksons.. I live 5 hours away and it was worth every moment..

I'm so incredibly happy that I got to see it in it's "original" state, but also hopeful that this will bring more people to see it.

I love that that they are doing this wish it was done sooner. I hope with the casino & things bringing money to the neighborhood they can fix up the houses 1:28. I hate seeing boarded up homes or vacate neighborhoods.

I grew with up listening to this young men back in 1970 and even in our aging years they are still the Greatest. From WHBH Thomasville ga serving North Florida and South Georgia a service of Gross broadcasting Thomasville Georgia Radio.

I remember visiting the their home in 2009 while visiting our grandparents in East Chicago and they had a concession stand out there where I bought an MJ shirt with their home on it and a Thriller picture frame.
