Mark you are a huge motivation for me. With your videos pushing me along, I have gone from 5'10" - 230lbs obese down to 175lbs (29 years old). I have ran more this year in 3 months than I did all last year. I have competed in multiple 5ks and soon to compete in a 12k and a half marathon. I am close to surpassing my life-long 20 minute 5k goal. I have been tracking all my workouts with my new fenix 7x (thanks to your reviews, and I love the watch immensely) and logging all of my calories. I am saving for the wahoo bike now. I just want you to know that you are helping me along with improving my health significantly, friend. I watch you on the tube almost every day.

I did my first Zwift ride today and something like this happened to me. I was dying after my effort but i felt so damn proud for it.

When I first got zwift, I hated it. I didn't like the focus on watts instead of HR. Now, diving into watts and learning about what actual training is, I fcking love zwift. Cheers
