The Owner said the whole parking lot will be paved but for now it's packed gravel that he keeps up himself with a skid steer. Good guy and it's coming along well. He owns the land across the street as well. You can park there if you want. It will eventually be a 3-4 bay shop and possibly a restaurant. Probably 100 spots right now. He owns 60ac here. So it will eventually be a huge concrete lot with Lines. Him and 1 of his brothers run and own the place. Keep it clean and don't piss or throw your trash in the parking lot plz. There is dumpsters going out from the fuel island. 7 Fuel Spots Let's have one decent place between Little Rock and Memphis . Just because they are Indian decent owners doesn't mean they are garbage.
