John Simm stars as Bernard Sumner, singer and founding member of Joy Division and New Order.
Blown away by an unknown local band called the Sex Pistols, TV personality Tony Wilson (Steve Coogan) is inspired to invent a uniquely anarchic record label. Soon he's promoting everyone from New Order to Happy Mondays on his newly formed Factory Records...and partying like a rock star.

No es mala idea hacer está versión acustica del 12" de los mancunianos pero si hablamos de BLUE MONDAY el maxi más vendido de la historia yo creo que se le podía dar más protagonismo al increible track. Vale que sale el diseño del disco con Saville y tal (que por cierto lo ponen como a un capullo que nunca entrega a tiempo el trabajo sic...) creo hay cierto ninguneo a NEW ORDER en la pelicula (demasiado Mondays, ok son más divertidos ?? que NEW ORDER...quizás) pero si hay un grupo que dio dinero a HACIENDA y Factory fueron ellos, es una comedia pero se podía tratar mejor al buque insignia de FACT. NEW ORDER FOREVER!
