Hey Jordan, Here's a tip before you cook crawdads, take each one and grab the center tail flap, twist right and left until it breaks then pull, it'll devain them before boiling! Great vid as always!! Thank You.

I love these ones! Lol! Sweet dronery, and the time lapse stuff is amazing! Thanks for takin us along! For folks wanting to try crawfish but are kinda leery about flavor, a super basic pickling spice is a great place to start until Addicted releases the seasoning spread! And I usually put the seasoning in a cheesecloth bag of sorts. Makes for easier cleanup at least! And if ya cook enough to spare... store yer crawfish in the seasoned water! Just like crab, they get better after they cool down and suck up all that seasoning!

Try adding a splash of vinegar when you’re poaching eggs next, makes them way better and a little firmer so they hold up better.

That's an hexclad pan. They are safe for cooking with metal and cleaning with abrasives, supposedly. They won't scratch

What u got to do w those crayfish is boil them for a few minutes then turn the fire off n let them soak for 15 minutes or so, so that they fill up w seasoned water and sink. Your going to find that the flavor and juices are much better. I do crayfish boils for Cajuns bro so I'm not even kidding ❤❤😊
