Pronunciation of Mawkdok is like you pronounce between the word "Mouth" and "Duck" add "K" in the middle Mouth-K-Duck "Maw" means Stone or Rock "Kdok" means the sound of the falling stone or you should use "Mount" word to start the pronounciation add 'K' in the middle use the word 'Dock' or 'Duck'

I Tried Making Blood Pudding In T & T Years Ago, It’s A Technique! Couldn’t Do It As Great As My Mom’s. 50 Years Ago❤!! But The Remants Tasted Great! Like Quan Kep In T & T, She Added Crushed Hops Bread , No Rice, Lots Of Fresh green Seasonings, Roasted Gheera, Finely Grounded & Bhandhania Off Course!! Hot Peppers Not Much . But The Freshly Made Hot Sauce Awesome!! Love Blood Pudding 😂😂

@vbd5187. Yeah, Trinidad blood pudding does not contain rice. When I lived there, we ate a lot of Charlie's pudding in San Fernando. Yummy.🇹🇹🇨🇦
