Visitors should definitely go to Hofbräuhaus, it's not more expensive than other restaurants in the area. Yes there are lots of tourists there, but also a lot of locals! Don't listen to this video, go and enjoy the atmosphere at Hofbräuhaus. It is actually really fun and nice! (I am from Munich and live here)

💓 2nd that! My whole family went there for our first experience in Munich. It was one of the most memorable moments in my travels, it was so fun to sing and drink beer with friends and family. The atmosphere was so wonderful and the food was pretty good!

Honestly, when I looked at the city during night, I could feel the background music almost as if it was actually heard from an event at the Munich Residenz. Can't wait to visit this place!! 🇩🇪

I wonder why most of the Munich guides miss out Schloss Nymphenburg. It's just 15 minutes away from Stachus by Tram and definately worth a visit. Also worth a visit is the Olympiapark with a great view over Munich from the Olympiaturm.

If you walk through Karlstor you are at Neuhauser Straße, Kaufingerstraße comes later.

At Victualimart there are a couple of nice shops that she didn't cover- there is a woodworking shop that has beautiful handmade wooden pieces. Down thw strip from there is a chocolate shop with a whale on the door. Both are semi-handicap accessible. Ther is also a cheese shop that has a wall of cheese. Damn, we want to go back!

02:25 I've been to one professional football match, at Olympiastadion. It was a TSV 1860 match. You couldn't pay me enough to walk into the FC Bayern store.

How accessible is Munich for disabled people? Particularly wheelchair users? I know that the beautiful appearance of historic buildings is often only to be from the outside as of course they weren't built with things like wheelchair access in mind! The areas where you were walking around, except at the very beginning where it seemed stepped, looked flat and level but obviously that's not the whole story, can any of the shops and cafes be entered, is it easy to get accommodation with wheelchair access, is the public transport accessible etc? Biggest mistake you can make i Munich is by making your way to the FC Bayern shop. Also another big mistake is using the U-bahn for 1-2km long distances

@@s.t.3210 oui car ma greffe a été mal faite échec 😞 je suis mal tombé c’est comme pour mes jambes aucun suivie j’ai une aides assistante sociale comme vous dite militaire qui me fais toutes les demandes est s’occupe des soins me pousse à me soigner je l’es connus à hôpital où j’étais je vais rentrez bientôt dans 1 semaines est après 1 autres hospitalisations en clinique pour la greffe je voulais plus rien faire épuisée des hôpitaux je suis tellement fatigué épuisé moralement physiquement comme vous dites est normalement je devais allez en France pour voir les médecins qui ont fais les invisibles pas voir que mon frère été mal c’est insupportable je le vois dans mes rêves cauchemar je doit voir le témoin portée plainte je c’est plus quoi faire ma douce Sylvie y’a 1 dame chez Walid m’a fais msg j’ai pas répondu car ils sont pas cool avec toi j’ai bien vue le changement mais dit toi ke trésors c’est là familles santé okay 😘😘😘😘🙏

Hi Marsha, I‘d say this depends on your preference and budget. Close to the sights is great, but as long as there is a metro station nearby every place is reachable in around 30 min. I heard that lots of tourists are staying close to the main station though, as there are many hotels.
