Mug! Do not wear sunscreen but stay out the sun from 12 to 2pm

Be careful with that sunscreen, check what's in it, gradually build up exposure until sunburn doesn't occur, be sensible, sunscreen mostly isn't necessary

Sunscreen is very bad for you, unless you are fair skinned/ginger.. gingers naturally produce vitamin d without the sun , believe it or not! I live in Dubai.. if you have the skin that tans, sit in the sun but as soon as you feel the burn , go in the shade..
