Yokohama is a popular cruise ship port.
It is the second largest city in Japan with 3.8 million residents. Located south of Tokyo, the cruise port area seems very quiet compared to Tokyo.

The practical stuff:
There are several stores street side just before entering the terminal area. You can pick up essential supplies and souvenirs in this area.
Fit Care Depot is like Walgreens and sells aspirin and other medicines.
Lawson’s and 7-11 are Convenience stores and don’t sell medicines.
Tip: Use Google translate to know what you are buying!
Transportation:
It’s important to know the distance and costs from your airport or Tokyo to Yokohama.
If you are flying into/out of Tokyo, the Yokohama Cruise port is between 25 minutes (Haneda Airport) and 1 hour 45 minutes (Narita Airport) away by Taxi. Taxis, Trains and busses are available. Check Google Maps for your preferred transportation method.
