im new to Le mans and i was wondering do these drivers really spent 24 hrs driving? or do they switch drivers whenever they feel tired? i was just curious what if they were about to pee in the middle of the race?

+julius dogta Well, basically there are 3 drivers in each car. They're changing each others per 3 max. 4 hours or when there are a longer pitstop due to damage or mechanical issue. When the want to pee, then, well they are peeing into the car:D There is also drink on the car, which is changed on every pit-stop.

Why is the video speed sped up at some points? The cars look fast enough

@@RaceComp Why didn't you simply chop the desired clip shorter to fit the music rather than speed up? You seem to have only sped up on parts where the cars are on a long straights. You can see this by the race time (top of screen) the digits start to speed up.

@@pps900 As you said it's mainly the long straights because maybe it's "less noticable" there and there is less "action"(It's hard to describe for me), but on the otherhand I wanted to show the cool side by side moments in whole, this is why I didn't cut those shorter.

i like the cars where they keep the stock look instead of the ones where you cant tell wtf it is unless they tell you. To me the ones that stay true to the original form is more legit when they win since they only added certain aero and of course w.e they built it with as to the one that is a whole different car from the original. Im not an expert or anything on Le Mans i watched a few but never really gotten into it so idk forsure if there is a reason into why some cars are like totally unrecognizable from its original form.

Because, they are in different category. GT cars (Ferrari, Aston, Porsche 911, Ford, Corvette) looks like the orignal road cars with more aero. While in LMP1 and LMP2 (Oreca, Ligier, Porsche 919, Toyota) the cars have a totally special chassis, with purpose bulit aero and engines. These Prototypes(as the name says) have nothing to do with the road cars and in LMP2 most of the manufacturers don't have actual road cars. Also the the GT cars are more heavier, less technologically advanced and slower than the LMPs.

RaceComp I heard Cadillac was preparing a new lmp1 car I was suprised i knew corvette had a dp vette but I didnt think gm would be that ballsy on cadilacs first year back

I can't do anything about it. I tried to used less "controversial" music, but that's not possible. If I'd use a music that you'd like, then someone else would have said this.

There is literally nothing slow-fast-slow-fast thing in the whole video. There is one time when it goes from fast to slow and that's it. Apart from that it goes back to normal speed after every "modificated speed" clip. But respect to your opinion, it can't be enyojable for everyone.
