Mobility weaved into cardio? 20-minute intervals with a full minute of work? No repeat? Option for all standing? YES PLEASE to ALL OF IT!!!! :) I am always soooooo happy on cardio days, and this workout was fabulous. I love the weightlifting days, too, but there's something so freeing about jumping around the room with no equipment. I started the video so happy; but you were right - I ended it even happier. Thank you!

It’s Day #2 of your AMPLIFY Challenge! Let’s get AMPED! This bodyweight cardio workout starts back to basics, adds intensity, then “Amps it up” in the final round for HIIT! Options to keep it low impact, or take it higher, as well as keep it standing, or add some cardio core.

This was great! I was skeptical as cardio in my head always means walking (even though I know it isn’t). Amy I should always know that your workouts are spot on. The format is so good. This is alone to save, tag, etc. I will share for sure.

Definitely ramped it up to amp it up!!! This is one of my favorite progression Cardio formats!!! And, who doesn't like some sneaky mobility to compliment the cardio!!! Short, to the point and effective!!! Loved it!!!!! 🤩

This was EXACTLY what I needed today! Love having options for when I'm not feeling my best, but this one got me out of my bad head space and feeling much better post workout. When I saw that this was only 24 mins I was kinda bummed thinking it wouldn’t be enough but it totally was!! FAST AND FURIOUS!! 🔥🔥🔥 and so so good! Loved the 20 second intervals and buildup! As always, thanks for always keeping it fresh Amy! You’re the best! ❤

Wow, I LOVED this workout! I almost chose a different cardio for today, but I wanted to stay "on plan" so I told myself, it's only 25 minutes and did it. It's SO GOOD! I loved the format with 20 seconds cardio mobility, 20 seconds ramped up, and then 20 seconds amplified. I can push myself through almost anything for 20 seconds. Please more of this format for cardio days.❤

I love the scaling up through zones! I’m super sore from yesterday day one amplify because I killed it and I am sooo tired so this warm up is all the push I need to give my all in the third zone. Thanks!

Great light workout for the days you think you don’t want to move…but then this gets you going and you feel great after! Yet it’s not too strenuous so you can turn it on anytime even if you are short on time!

This was a AMAZING format! I really enjoyed this and it was fun and CHALLENGING and YES I LOVE working out for the benefits of how it makes me feel. I was tired and sore today from yesterday’s workout but U AMY with your energy got me to AMPLIFY and I thank-u sooo much for that!!😅😅would also love to do more of this format!

I always dread Tuesday's because I work out first thing in the morning at 6am, that's when I have time. I can manage the weights, but cardio is always difficult that early in the morning. But there have been times where it's felt manageable and today was one of those days. I really liked this format of amp-ing up the intensity every 20 seconds. My heart rate was up between 160-170 by towards the end. Felt great to move like that before work starts and I sit behind a desk for the next 8 hours.

TBH i didn't want to do mobility at the beginning cause i was pumped but i added a resistance band with it and then i definitely needed that 20 seconds to stretch it out lol thanks amy for adding some variety to my TABATA TUESDAYS!!!

Lovely workout! Enjoyed it. Just I wasn’t ready to go down on my knees in the first circuit, because I didn’t have my mat around. I would have appreciated message to have it near by in the beginning. Will keep it as favorites for “no time for workout” days.
