YES PLEASE to ALL OF IT!!!! :) I am always soooooo happy on cardio days, and this workout was fabulous. I love the weightlifting days, too, but there's something so freeing about jumping around the room with no equipment. I started the video so happy; but you were right - I ended it even happier. Wow, I LOVED this workout! I almost chose a different cardio for today, but I wanted to stay "on plan" so I told myself, it's only 25 minutes and did it. It's SO GOOD! I loved the format with 20 seconds cardio mobility, 20 seconds ramped up, and then 20 seconds amplified. I can push myself through almost anything for 20 seconds. Please more of this format for cardio days.❤

I always dread Tuesday's because I work out first thing in the morning at 6am, that's when I have time. I can manage the weights, but cardio is always difficult that early in the morning. But there have been times where it's felt manageable and today was one of those days. I really liked this format of amp-ing up the intensity every 20 seconds. My heart rate was up between 160-170 by towards the end. Felt great to move like that before work starts and I sit behind a desk for the next 8 hours.
