Put on rubber boots when walking on asphalt or on mountain trails. The snow on the first steep part of the trail had almost disappeared. It takes 1.5 hours from the parking lot to the end of the steep trail. It's only 1.5 hours, hmm. Beech forest. Being able to ski when the greenery is fresh is quite a valuable experience.
