This property is ideally suited to both grazing and browsing game animals and especially Kudu that thrive in this type of undulating terrain of Grahamstown Thicket, thorn veld and Fish River bushveld. Other game includes Waterbuck, Inyala, Mountain Reedbuck, Warthog, Impala, Blesbuck and Bushbuck.
The northern boundary is the Great Fish River which provides water to many parts of the property, in fact, a new water line is presently being installed as speak. This will involve a new pump, settling tank and pipeline.
