2 כפיות מלח
קצת פלפל שחור
מערבבים ביחד עד להמסת הסוכר,יוצקים על הכרוב והגזר ומעסים היטב עם הידיים,מכסים בנילון נצמד ומקררים מספר שעות לפני ההגשה.

Medium cabbage sliced into strips
3 carrots, peeled and shredded

One-third cup lemon juice
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of salt
A little black pepper
Mix together until the sugar dissolves, pour on the cabbage and carrots, and massage well with your hands, cover with a sticky paper and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
