12:00 this suggestion reminds me of the time funky dineva reported in front of Sheree's house, using one of Kandi's dil'sdoe's as a microphone 🎤 🎤 🎤 talking about how Sheree's chateau was just rocks and dirt. 😂😂😂😂Sheree sued them for reporting in front of her house and I think she won. This was a real case in Atlanta.

How did she how did have money to sue someone reporting from the sidewalk but couldn’t pay the lawyer and had a lien put on her car and taken away? I doubt she won.

Alright, so I have never been evicted but something about Jen's story simply is not adding up. I live in California and we have pretty strict tenant protection laws in place, to the point where it makes grifters really hard to evict/get rid of. Jen's stories of having ONE WEEK to get out of her house, then 48 HOURS to get out of the next one is just unrealistic. Landlords are required by law to provide notice. She seems more and more full of shit, just like embezzler king Ryan. Something is def fishy there...
