Oh my God! This is hilarious. This brings so many memories. My dad used to drive a bus too in Lagos. We used to call it Yello Bus..it was bigger than a danfo, it was a 36 seater, I think. Start from Obalende but iyana-ipaja and all those market route was his focus. He and my uncle, who used to be conductor had wild stories! From passengers who act mad to avoid paying, to women who would try and toast them! We had the time of our lives on Sunday. Because that was daddy's day of rest. So when going to church, (TREM), we would beg daddy to carry passengers. On Sundays I got to be a conductor!!! Mehn, your brain has to be sharp to remember those who have paid and give correct change. Much respect to these folks who keep Lagos running. P.s. this is my first time ever commenting on KZfaq.
