我们上学6点12分就起床了早上。然后离学校远7点多到学校我5点30左右就要起床。6点12分就要出门去地铁站。😭

hi can I make a request.. please can you write down the list of the timetable what you need to do and time? I'm a bit lazy to watch 2nd time just to take down the schedule.. And I find that it is a great challenge for people who have some off day that they can try this method.. Thanks for making this videos Tiffany and Michy!! And I never ever think that there is this so called the healthiest routine which I am so keen to try it!
