I have a theory at what the “other” section is for the subscribed and not subscribed chart. I think that the other part is people watching through a browser instead of the app. When on a browser you don’t have to log into an account to watch videos and since your not logged in you can’t subscribed, like or comment (that is what I did for about a year). This is just a theory but it is my best guess.
