Love your videos man. Been doing your upper body giant sets with dumbbells workouts for months but just started incorporating these HIIT workouts as well 2-3 times a week and I must say they are intense but I feel great afterwards lol. Thanks for posting all these videos! So many to choose from and it’s important to keep the body guessing.

It started not too intense, and I thought I could do it, but then pushups and intensity killed me toward the end! Awesome no equipment workout, I hope one day I will get to the fitness level that I can complete it!!
