Rather than visit all the other countries in Europe, I’d rather visit Greece again and again and again, to discover something new each time. I visited Athens 2 months ago and didn’t want to leave. My only regret is that I didn’t bump into an old uni friend called Ellie who left London and went back to Greece and we lost touch. What a blast if I saw her again! Maybe on my next future visits and I hope to keep going back after watching this video. There are so many places to visit. This video was so beautifully done and it has done Greece proud. Thanks so much for sharing.

I was in Greece for the first time 3 wks ago and quickly realized I need months there to fully enjoy it. What a beautiful country w amazing people, history and great food! Can’t wait to go back ☺️

I island hopped for 5 weeks this summer and it was the most magical summer of my life! Any Greek island will do, but my faves were Amorgos, Paros, and Folegandros! Fortunately, I live in Turkey, so it's an easy trip. Can't wait for my next sojourn to the islands. Delos is certainly worth a. day trip from Naxos or Paros -- divine!

Sparta is a beautiful city, that shouldn't be missed. Delicious food & the best orange juice "Laconia".

I loved the island of Poros which you did not feature. It was authentic and old and it made me feel very emotional. The placement of houses and lanes was perfect, as if I was in a dream. Wow! And of course I loved Santorini. Many Greeks tell me Symi is their favorite but I have never been there.

I love how the waters have a beautiful turquoise color. I like the view of Amorgos. I like how the houses are built into the mountains.

This is one of the most beautifully put together and comprehensive travel guide videos for Greece... it shows that you have actually spent time in Greece... there are many other beautiful places that could have been included... Kastellorizo, Lesbos, Samos, Kalymnos, also many places in the mainland... but this is as good as a guide can get... thank you!

Such a gorgeous travel video featuring Greek Islands! Regarding Santorini, this island is the site of an ancient super volcano, now a caldera and it's rim. Santorini is the name given to the island by the Venetians. But the actual name is Kalista, followed in time by the name Thira, both meaning "fear". The massive super volcanic eruption was in the 17th century BCE, specifically in the Fall of 1629 BCE. The inhabitants had already their home. Knossos, Crete was pretty much destroyed. You can read about what happened to Egypt in the Bible.

I only started visiting Greece at the end of last year as a hastily arranged trip when a planned trip to Morocco had to be cancelled at the last minute. I instantly fell in love with Greece! I'm happy to see that five of the six islands I've visited so far were on your list (the exception being Alonnisos), but I'm happy to now have some more thoughts on where to go to next. It was also good to hear a bit of "Polo et Pan" slipped into the soundtrack of the Crete section! 😊 Thanks.

Lindos is officially the hottest place in Greece. Records the highest yearly mean temperature. Unique microclimate ensures a significant number of Summer nights do not fall below 30°C. Meteorologists are endlessly fascinated with the location since a NOA station was finally installed in the town in April 2014. The data observed is very interesting.

How did you pronounce Hydra wrongly? It’s Eedra. Why did you call Syros Ano Syros. It’s Syros. Ano Syros is the top of the town. And why did you caption Ios as Ios islands? It’s Ios. Just one island. It also shed nothing if the village of Ios.

Greece is really beautiful, and I have visited many of the islands, however too many drone movies are spectacularly boring. I prefer walk around images, with actual people in them.
