Definitely, I like Marina's entrepreneurial energy. I'm more drawn to people who try to learn everyday, grow, evaluate, progress, not like negative-minded people. This is why I can't stop watching her videos because I can gain positive energy by only watching her youtube videos. Huge thanks from Korea!👏

You inspire me to Learn English everyday. I wanna go to the states to study and get firsthand knowledge and experience and then I will come back to my country to contribute significant change. I knew that US is not a perfect place, it has flaws and strength, but it depends how much work you put the attainment of your goal. Thanks for the awesome informative videos.

For cheap rent: Craigslist will list the cheapest rent in the least desirable houses and buildings. My grandparents "rented" a bedroom and bathroom in their house for zero dollars (for free), the person staying in that room was only required to buy my grandparents groceries and be very quiet from 9 PM to 6 AM every night. You don't pay for the groceries, you take the money and the list of groceries off the table at the house, go shopping, carry the bags up the stairs, and put the groceries in the fridge. A student from Japan "rented" that room. He was even quieter than they expected.

*A lot of food is extremely cheap in the US, like corn syrup and soybean oil* and also wheat flour, white rice, corn meal, vegetable shortening (a byproduct of cotton farming, Crisco is a brand of cottonseed-based vegetable shortening), and in general agricultural products (industrial farm products) that are grown in the US, are cheap in general, and are heavy. If you are in the US, you don't need to pay for shipping. Wheat flour is cheap everywhere, but if you live in Alaska (which is part of the US), more than half of the price will be shipping. The US grows a huge amount of food, and is one of the largest exporters on the planet for food. Coca-Cola is cheaper in the US than it is in Mexico, if you buy 2-liter bottles, warm. If you buy small bottles that are already cold, it will be far more expensive in the US. If you buy food that was prepared by a human being, like a pizza or a sandwich, then you need to pay for the relatively high hourly wages in the US. If you buy raw ingredients, they come from here. You won't be paying for shipping. New York City and Los Angeles are very big sea ports, so the food is even cheaper in those cities (with very high rent), because shipping corn from Iowa to New York City is "free", because most of the corn was leaving New York on a boat to Europe or Africa, anyway. They can take some corn off the train and put it on supermarket shelves in New York. And they do. It will be more expensive when the corn arrives in Africa, because they have to pay for a boat across the Atlantic Ocean. About 95% of the food service workers in Africa are paid less per hour than in the US, so the sandwiches will be cheaper in Africa, but the raw ingredients will be more expensive. Unless they are grown in Africa - bananas are much cheaper in Africa. Wheat flour and rice are more expensive.

I have to say I have no idea how people eat some food like salad. I can see there is very little seasoning and I don’t know how to eat broccoli raw. Plus those shaked greens? Yuke. But I guess people want the natural tastes and I think I’m getting used to some of the food now
