Drinking never was a good party favor at REAL RAVES early 90s. No booze allowed at raves back in the day. Booze lowers the bodies vibrational frequency. Alcohol is a low vibrating substance, when it lower your vibe, it allows for negative energies to attract around you and the venue. Only extacy, psychedelics and other consciousness expanding drugs are allowed at real raves. Can't stand drunk idiots. I use to be one. 2.5 years sober now.

Agreed. Staying in shape is the key to it all. Plenty of water, lift weights, walk daily, swimming on weekends. Cut out all the fried foods end of last year. Have planned to start training for a half marathon with one of my old schoolmates next year. I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20s! And that’s with a spinal surgery 6 years ago.
