I found your list helpful because Im new to the game, but what brands and where do I purchase the following: Melatonin, leg cramping medication, cooling towel, electrolyte solution, anti fog and extra grips. Are these items expensive? Thanks for the tips..

We don't have a recommendation on a particular brand. Cooling towels can be found on Amazon or through a Google search. Again, we don't have a brand recommendation for you.
