Here our Oneland 25 ton per day auto rice mill machine will process paddy to white rice. Firstly, put into paddy from feed hopper, then paddy was transmitted to the paddy rice destoner by elevator. Then stones and straw and debris will be removed. Now the paddy enters into rice husking machine. The machine removes the chaff from the paddy rice and turn the paddy rice into brown rice. Here the rice paddy separator machine will separate the brown rice from the paddy by the difference of gravity and surface friction. And this is the first rice milling process, your paddy will become brown rice. Through the second rice milling process, your paddy will become whiter. Here the customer asked to add the third rice milling process to get the whitest rice. Electric cabinet controls the start of each motor of the machine. Now our rice polisher will polish the white rice with spraying water, make it whiter and lighter. Milled Rice grader will get whole rice into 2 grades and separate whole rice and broken rice.
