Love your channel. You r very talented & beautiful. My only issue is you unfairly calling JK Rowling transphobic. You cant support someone's art but then stand against them for something that is true. Not only do your love and support her art, u promote it. You all have to stop labeling ppl just bc u dont agree with their views or opinions. YOu all believed the same thing up until all these words and fanatics popped up a few yrs ago. Stop labeling ppl with made up words if you all dont want labels put on to you. It works both ways. Nobody gets special treatment.

"copying art" is totally fine! im an art student and i see a lot of artists that i look up to who do "studies" or "copy art." They paint movie scenes, paintings of other artists, still life, photography, etc. Making studies is great for practice and you'll learn a lot about the art you're replicating and the original artist's techniques. You can also make studies if you want to learn more about anatomy, colors, design, etc. Basically a study is done with the intent of learning. Hehe skl. Just make sure you don't steal/pretend that you're the original artist! 😊 Btw, i love your videos ciara especially when you're painting!! You inspire me a lot and thank you for all that you share about art! 🤍🤍🤍

I tend do that with a lot of Mary Blair stuff. I need to practice that way so I can eventually make my style similar to that because I find it so cute lol

I used to print out a picture and place it underneath the paper I was drawing on to trace it, and doing that made me the artist I am today. It got me used to how to make certain shapes and how to move my pencil and most importantly when someone would say "wow that's a beautiful drawing" I would make sure to say that is wasn't original and that I traced it

You should be a teacher. I swear I've seen so many of these inspirational videos on how to fill up a sketchbook but yours, I have to say, has had THE MOST ideas of any video I've seen. And they're all pretty good ideas. Wow. :D There, someone finally said, you should be a teacher. LOL Keep up the awesome videos.

I second this! Most of these 'how to art more' type of vids hate on a lot of the things you suggested and that bums me out. Art is about growing. We should be encouraging each other to practice art in any and all ways that help us grow. Too many artists hate on things that they deem "cheating" or "stealing" with nothing but judgement to base that on. The key here is not to sell art you are emulating. After that: no more rules. Have fun and enjoy the journey! This is how you come into your style. You'll find yourself sooner than you think when you practice like this.

The fan art part!! I remember early on in HS when i was super motivated in art and drawing, one of my art teachers being like “all your art can’t be fan art” and even though it wasn’t personal or anything, it really discouraged me from even being motivated in drawing. But I’m trying hart to get out of that rut as a college student lol. Thanks for the motivation

I can still remember the night while I was watching Ate Ciara's first video on youtube- painting her ball gown. That video really inspired me to do art, I then started to invest in art materials and started to practice and now I am happy to say that I am doing commissions, I don't know how my passion in art turned out when I didn't watch or found Ate Ciara's channel. She has been a big part in my art journey, and now I am currently struggling on art block because of loads of school works but again Ate Ciara saves me from it. I am so grateful for Ate Ciara she has been a blessing to me.

I can’t draw. I really can’t. So i tried paint by numbers during the quarantine becoz i really want to feel the feeling of “i am freaking painting!”and lately, i tried experimenting with my watercolor. But just wanna pop in and say that everyone is beautiful in their own way. no matter your race, your sexuality, or whether you’re feminine/masculine/both/neither. you’re cool. Keep doing what you love, as long as it’s not hurting yourself or anyone else. Be yourself! “Perfect” doesn’t exist, “ugly” doesn’t exist, everyone’s pretty/attractive/handsome in their own way :) (whatever you prefer) Stay confident, and you’re loved! It might be a little hard right now, but be patient!! Great things take some time :D love u
