That is crazy money you are playing with. I worked in the casinos for eight years in Vegas. We had a high roller that would come in betting hundreds of dollars a hand, betting hands on the whole table. Everyone was envious of the money he played. I told them that every pot has a bottom. I spent the last two evenings with someone I watched -from a distance - gambling like this for years at my local casino. He went through maybe $100 million. It looked just like this: happy, laughing, seemingly easy. All that is gone now. He's still rich, but not like he was, and he's sad and bitter about it now. This is total nonsense. The machines give back less than is put in. The longer you do it, the closer you get to their edge, on the losing side.

Glad you had fun. I won 4 Grand Jackpot in high limits after playing 3-4 days on them, in those days the high limits kept people out from watching behind me. They have security guards and a host sat next to me to entertain me and drinks brought to me without asking. They only wanted to pay me but the machines always have their own personality. They teased a lot. Finally they gave the top jackpots on all four machines. I was happy to get my money back but it was a lesson learned, if you guys think you had to get even, it took a lot more to get it back.

They are casing the machine. After you put thru 100k to 200k you expect the grand jackpot to land but it might pay a series of 8 jackpots more than the grands and it will start to take all back..after I get 8 Hand pays..I will leave..

The problem is when we were ahead, we stayed. When we lose, we also stay to chase our money. High rollers know the truth. Slot machines can be very mean sometimes, you can put thru $200,000 before it pays anything, then you might get $100,000 back. 50% min loss. Unless you sat down at the machine that was ready to pay out, hit and run quickly or it will take it all back again. You know what I am talking about.
