I just watched all five of your KZfaq videos and I do have to say, that these are the finest videos produced for several reasons. I have a 2021 turbo s dynamix 2 seat. I love mine, just did my first 25 hour service. Was offered $34,000 for my car by a guy who desperately wants a car for UTV takeover. He has one on order that won't be delivered until July sometime. I declined his offer. I was afraid the order would fall through and I'd spend a bunch of the summer without a car. I live 5 minutes from the oregon dunes so I can ride multiple days per week with little expense to go. Being without a machine wasn't an option. I bet he found someone to make that deal. Turbo s all the way! And yes... im planning on shock therapy springs next tax season. The stock suspension is amazing. Im told the upgraded dual rate springs doubles the smoothness and at a price point of about $900 as I've heard.... thats a cheap upgrade with huge benefit.

Awesome videos...great looking car. I'm seriously considering the Turbo S-4. We do trails and dunes. Is there any trail where you had trouble navigating because of the wheelbase and the trail being too tight? That is one thing that concerns me....but it's just a little concern. LOL thanks for sharing.
@OffCamberInd3 жыл бұрын
The only trails I don’t fit in are mountain trails that have “gate restrictions”.. in Utah, some trails are capped at 50”, or 60”... but Those aren’t my type of riding, typically. I like rocks, sand, and open desert, so I haven’t had issues. Can’t go wrong with the turbo s!

How is the turning radius with the Turbo S? Have you had many issues where the car width was in issue in tight technical trails where a 64" car would have been better? Can your buddy in the Teryx go places where you cannot (Moab, Sand Hollow, mountain trails)?
@OffCamberInd2 жыл бұрын
The Teryx had a 72” wide kit on it, so it wasn’t much narrower at all. We haven’t had any places we’ve attempted to go where the width was a problem, but I know certain trail systems have 50”, 60”, and 72” restrictions, but we don’t spend much time on mountain roads. Moab and Sand Hollow have no width restricted trails
@donniegenton54953 жыл бұрын
What is your opinion on Portal gear lifts ? Seems like a lot of guys are going to this set up, especially in areas your riding. I think they could lessen the stress on your machine , but taken an already wide 72 inch to an 81inch would be a little challenging here in our Appalachian.
@OffCamberInd3 жыл бұрын
In my opinion, they’re more of an “application specific” modification. While you can still go fast, dune, and jump with portals on, it’s not ideal. I’d love to have a set to bolt on now and then for weekends of rock crawling at Sand Hollow, or trips to Moab, but it wouldn’t be something I’d keep on all the time
@MrGuerrero9293 жыл бұрын
You said towards end of video that you replaced springs. What exactly did you order and from where? Thanks

If you're planning on doing your shocks... do yourself a favor and have Matt at Desert Speed shock tuning do them. I'm sure you know Scott Kartchner, he's the one that told me about him. He's up North towards Salt Lake.

comment 66 showing prev: the double tube framing idea on these is the same idea. If u pin the connections & spot weld & u double tube frame each corner then u don't hve to throw away rolled or wreaked side by side bc of the double tubing designed to fail safely. 1st pin light breaking pin & 2nd pin med break pin, but key places multi connection intersections it is heavy pinned. Bc double tube framed hose clamping middle of parallel tube runs keeps it together is tack welds & pins shear.

I've got the two seater 2020 S dynamics. As I'm in New Zealand getting after market parts cost twice or more after shipping and import charges. Mine is completely stock. Please could you recommend the first aftermarket parts you would def change ? as this is going to take me a while unless I won the lottery . Did you tune the ECU at all ?
@OffCamberInd2 жыл бұрын
It’s all gonna depend on your riding and budget, but 2 things i never go without in a rzr are a glass windshield and door bags. Also take the front sway bar off. Rides way better
@patdudley76352 жыл бұрын
@@OffCamberInd Ok thanks. Door bags came with it. Sway bars are an interesting one . I race at home on flat fields and on occasion do some trail rides , gravel, mud tracks, streams. No sand anywhere near here. That gear shifter you have looks like a good investment. I detest the oem shifter design. The gearing you have seems like it might work for me, the horrible clutch release at slow speeds is annoying.

if the arms r light and can easily bend & break the the should make them w/that pnt in mind. So front arm that bent trash if it didn't hve connecting welds between the 2bars but the connecting prts were just resting on top & bottom of the arms, tack welded, then a rock hit utook would beak the tack weld on 1 or both but not bend the arm or break the arm leaving u disabled big diff when miles from gravel road/home. Engineered to fail a certain way by design to lessen harm & risk so still light wt & cheap to fix or worst Case replaced.
