Hello, pwk24 is to small for 200cc ? I wont touch the rev up. At the middle acceleration he give the misfireing on the carburetor

That is subjective, depends on what your goals are. Carb. may need tuning.

@ScooterATVSales on the original I take. The one we have to replace with the nibbi. It has a thin hose attached to it . Did you just remove that thin black hose ? Or what do I do with it?

So the stock intake manifold won’t work with the aftermarket carb? You need to by the nibby manifold and modify it?

Did the exact same thing to my rhino except with a 26mmfl Nibbi and nibbi cone air filter. And you are correct it was the best money spent on it yet. Welded a slip on pipe it definitely woke it up. I still need to tune mine just a little bit yet but sweet upgrade

No, Pentora 150 is a GY6 with Electric Choke

@@ScooterATVSales after your reply I checked the specs on the pwk30 and it’s a “unerversual “ carb and works with GY6 engines. I already had it on it’s way when u told me it wouldn’t work. I just needed a 90degree copper elbow. A few KZfaqs and it’s in. Works great. I just need a shorter throttle cable and it will be solid. Just thought I’d update u incase u get asked again the pwk30 will work and fit on the pentora 150cc

Check your throttle cable. Mine done the high idle with 2 different carbs and finally on the third I thought to look at the throttle cable on the end. The protective jacket cable end wouldn't let the slide go down all the way in the carb. Trimmed some coating off of the end about 3/4 inch cleaned it up and stuck it back on and felt the slide go down. So check your cable and your slide. BTW my 3rd was a Nibbi 26mm and I'm glad I went that route. Excellent carbs

Have you guys tried adding the cab….but still use the stock air box?

That will work fine but the box design is crummy. I am cutting my box in half between the battery and intake, cutting out the box internally and rebuilding it as a large and square storage compartment. *My intake will be replaced by a dense rubber hose that goes through the frame, passed the box and grabs cold air at the rear.* I will also have it setup so I can stuff a piece of PVC in it for a snorkel if I ever need to submerge it. Eventually I will upgrade that carburetor, but I've already done the ignition system which gave a great power increase and so did my custom built exhaust.* Tomorrow I'm finishing a giant plow for it that hinges up and down, is spring assisted for raising and lower etc.

@@jondeth298 I like the hose idea to get the cold air from the back of the ATV. I did put the carburetor on and attach it to the airbox definitely made an increase in power. But I’m converting it to electric power train next yr. So I don’t want to spend to much money on the ice engine. Going with KO Motor and Controller. 30+ KW set up. About 25-30 hp From what 10ish now? 🥸

@@stewartciesla8142 it's going to be insanely powerful, will you even bother to use a transmission? I couldn't convert a 4 wheeler to electric unless I had a 2nd one lol. Being without it would suck.

I stopped after seeing the air filter sticking out the side. That is DEFINITELY IN THE WAY! Just a STUPID idea. Factory air filter is sufficient as is the factory exhaust. I have a Pentora 250 amd also replaced the carb with a Keinin carb (or however you spell it). Increased the amin jet slightly, as well as the low idle jet. Also put the needle clip in the middle position. These settings drastically improved the cold starts, take off power, mid torque revs as well as top end power. But that air filter on the side IN THE WAY just killed your video content. It just shows you know NOTHING about mechanics!
