I was in a holding cell in OK county the other day and there was a kid talking about the exact incident. They had gave the poor guy something like 30 months on a body armor charge, and then they sent his ass to USP Florence. He ended up back in OK dealing with some kinda McGurt Act issue.

Well my interpretation was besides what he said D.C. the District of Columbia doesn’t have a state system so regardless of your crime if it warrants prison time they use to automatically send you to the feds since lorton their only prison closed. But now they have more private prisons but that was the case if you from dc straight to the Feds that’s why they’re numbers are astronomical compared to others any state anywhere in the federal system
