If possible make a video of 20x60 south facing plan with green area inside and also full of natural lighting. I know it's difficult but I know you can do it!!! Graund floor me 1 room 1 kitechen or 1 lat bath .or car or baike parking baki khula hua. 1st floor me 2 room , 1 kitechen 1 dainig hall 1 puja ke liye . This house is perfect Jst like this Hey it's awesome can u make one more please measurements are (26x27) 700sqft. Want to build new house 3floors with terrace.. Ground parking like to 2cars, spacious living, kitchen, common bathroom, 9ft bedroom max and stairs only to go for 1st floor from inside like stylish. It should like bunglow like open and spacious less walls 1st floor one common bathroom, two bedroom for kids girl one boy with big windows for all room, one bigmaster bedroom with big bathroom and closet place with big and spacious balcony at least 8ft if possible(to go in balcony from bedroom as well as outside, small familyroom or small kitchen if possible. Also make sure der is a door connected to go to 2nd floor stairs. 2nd floor plan , first stairs should b starting from outside the house not within den from outside 1st floor door connected den separate rooms like( 3)1bhk if possible den terrace with rooftop.. Important outside no need of compound and left side north south house is der road on right-side facing but house should b visible from south side the design as well as entrance. There is 60/80 site,in that 3 houses have to construct with design ,remaining three sides it has other's property and each three houses are must be duplex along with tarace and garden ,and there is no waste space for parking
