B) article 39(b) allow it. 2. Green Credits Programme: Credit against planting trees. A) Challenges:may Promote Monoculture, measurement of diversity. India Maldives Relation: a) Operation cactus to stop the coup attempt, helicopter & aircraft gift, hydrographic agreement, most Tourists from India, key component of SAGAR initiative, Neighbourhood first policy, part of SAARC not BIMSTEC, Vaccine maitre, water supply.

Sir, when his Article 14 was being violated, he should have gone to the Supreme Court.And sir, DPSP is non-justified, so why was his judgment given?

In Supreme court's previous judgement & Govt's amendment ( 25th) (Article 13c) if govt make act in perspective of article 39b & c these will not be challenged in regarding violation of Article 14 &19. This amendment justified right in keshwanand bharti and also in minrva miles. So in present for Art.39 b & c govt can make laws and they can't be challenged. I hope, i successfully solve ur doubt
