With current players nobody expect european skill with them . need every isl ileague should make partnership with european and asian clubs from japan,south korea . and send age 13 or 14 players 1 or 2 players every isl ileague club should send with partnership clubs for 4 years . until. Age of 17 or 18. if isl have 12 clubs send 2 players total 24 players and ileague 12 clubs 24 players. If aiff apply this STRATEGY India will get 48 world class players next 4 years

bro see, he is not trying to make money out of this, the compensation is just a leverage to his argument, he knows that the AIFF cannot pay the amount that they owe, he wants the aiff to admit that they are incompetent, that is the whole point, he is ready to leave so long as everyone else resigns, he has already proven that the AIFF is incompetent because they literally committed breach of contract, he just wants to fully expose them. Overall, based on the outcome of this situation, this could be a huge positive moment in indian football because some of the main issues would be pointed out. Lets take BCCI for example, yeah they are always up to shady stuff but they ensure that the players are taken care of, paid, contracted out in IPL, etc. and they do a stellar job to develop talent, while the AIFF its just a joke
